Airport
Flights to Kuala Lumpur can be booked via several airlines (e.g. Malaysia Airlines, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Singapore Airlines, etc.). The nearest airport to the venue is Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) (Airport Code: KUL). International flights will be arriving at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, KLIA. Public Transportation to the Venue
KLIA Express / MRT
- The fastest way to get from KLIA to the city centre is by taking the KLIA ekspres. This is a non-stop service to the KL City Air Terminal (KL CAT) located in KL Sentral which will take 28 minutes. There is also a transit train service with 3 stops along the journey at Bandar Tasik Selatan, Putrajaya/Cyberjaya and Salak Tinggi. The transit train service will take 35 minutes. The trains are equipped with comfortable seats, digital entertainment, wheelchair seat restraint, wheelchair-friendly washroom, and luggage racks.
- Travellers can visit the KLIA ekspres website at www.kliaekspres.com for the full fares and schedule.
- From KL Sentral, it is a 10-minute walk to Muzium Negara MRT Station. Take the MRT towards Kwasa Damansara, heading to Phileo Damansara MRT Station. The hotel is 1 km away from the station. Travellers may take any taxi/e-hailing service to the hotel.

Airport Taxi
- Airport taxis operate through a coupon system that can be purchased at the respective counters. The airport taxi service provider has a variety of vehicle types in their fleet ranging from family sedans to luxury vehicles. The charges start from MYR 90.00 (approx. 18 Euro) and are fixed based on the desired destinations.
- Coupons can be purchased from counters at:
- Terminal 1- Domestic Arrival, Level 3, Main Terminal Building
- Terminal 2 – Transport Hub, Level 1, Gateway shopping mall

E-hailing (GrabCar, etc.)
- The Grab App can be installed via Google Play Store or Apple App Store upon arrival. E-hailing pickup location from the airport will be at:
- Terminal 1 – Gate 3 & 4, Level 1, Main Terminal Building
- Terminal 2 – Transport Hub, Level 1, Gateway shopping mall

Currency
Malaysia’s currency is the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Travellers can change your currency at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) upon arrival, and money changers also available in the shopping malls.
All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) are accepted at most stores in Kuala Lumpur. Exchange rates (as of 19 January 2024):
1 US Dollar ($) = 4.7140 Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and
1 Euro (€) = 5.1331 Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All travellers are allowed to enter Malaysia regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status and do not require a pre-departure or on-arrival COVID-19 test.
There are no quarantine orders related to COVID-19 enforced by the Malaysian Government upon arrival being imposed.
